Snickerdoodle Blondies. (Vegan, 72 calories a piece!)

-1 can chickpeas (240g drained), 3 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp apple sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/6 cup oatbran or flour.

  • Put everything in to a food processor and blend until combined, producing a thick, fudgey consistency. Pour in to a tinfoil lines 8x8 tin and bake for 30-35 minutes at 175C/350F.
  • Allow to cool for at least ten minutes before removing from the pan, as they firm up a little when cooling. They will still be relatively gooey when you take them out of the oven. Cut in to 16, enjoy!

Making these right now!!!!! I had to sub almond butter in for the peanut butter and 1 egg white instead of applesauce (didn’t have any) Excited (:

Normally I completely avoid french fries.

Working in a restaurant has made me lose my appetite for them completely! Seeing them in the fryer…

I’ve had any fries in so long… but then today at work I had a handful and I felt like I was going to throw up. Icky. All that grease/oil ): Makes me sick!

Which is kind of awesome….Also milk chocolate is way too sweet I have like a small chunk and it’s plenty. 

My changing taste buds! Going from gross to healthy!

im trying to be paleo with a few of my meals today. just so i can see what it would be like. i dont think i would be very strict with it because i wouldnt be able to eat 90% of what my dad cooks….. maybe like all my meals would be paleo except for dinner? meh i dont think that even makes sense.
